Bookstore and Gift Catalog merchandise:
We will gladly replace merchandise or refund the purchase price of your purchased catalog items. Returns on catalog orders are accepted within 30 days of merchandise delivery. For return instructions, call us toll free at 1 800 695 2050 (Monday - Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST)

Computer Store merchandise:
General Merchandise: 10 day return policy except as follows:

Software
Opened software is non-returnable except if certified defective, in which case it will be exchanged for same item

Computers
* Dell Computers: 21 days from date on packing slip with exclusions and other terms and conditions as noted on Dell's website
* Apple computers and Apple products: All sales final except if received defective, in which case Apple will replace or repair. Details and procedures as posted on Apple's website

Special orders or Non-standard stock items
All sales final, except if reported defective within 10 days from purchase, in which case item will be replaced with identical unit
